How we started

 

My first memory is of sitting underneath the table in my great-grandmothers kitchen as she  out cookies above me. I truely believe that my love of baking started in that kitchen. Thats's why I name my business after her: Ella Pauline!

 

Here at Ella Pauline's  Confectionary we belive in using local ingredients to make the best tasting confections.

 

We pride ourselves in working with each client to make their special event one they'll never forget. Each order is custom made to your specifications and if your not sure of exactly what your looking for we can offer advice and guidence to help you achive just what your looking for .
